Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing existing accounts, and acquiring new clients through account mining and penetration strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with our diverse internal stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise and streamline our corporate client onboarding and maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, RMG management and stakeholders, and our subsidiaries, to develop ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships with client leads/HR Directors and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic initiatives and insights that help clients achieve business goals and drive transformational healthcare programmes for clients.
  • Build strong rapport and long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Capitalise on business opportunities by proactively seeking potential business leads from our existing database as well as cultivating new leads
  • Develop customized products for key strategic accounts, establish corporate pricing, prepare corporate proposals, agreements and contracts.
  • To participate in field attachment and obtain exposure through the experiences of our internal stakeholders.
  • To conduct market research and keep abreast of new developments in the healthcare industry and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Polytechnic Diploma required
  • Motivated business development and account management professional with track record in managing, retaining and developing business
  • At least 3+ years of working experience (preferably in sales and marketing or healthcare industry)
  • Able to work as an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity is required.
  • The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams is required, and to manage relationships across a spectrum of client profiles
  • Good writing, strong communication/presentation and influence skills are also required
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, confidence and the ability to plan and stay the course
  • Results driven and motivated by performance-based rewards
  • Passionate about helping customers customize total healthcare solutions for their employees; raising the bar on healthcare service offering in Singapore and the region
  • Must be able to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional, highly operational environment (due to the nature of healthcare and evolving regulatory requirement)
