b) A full-time employee who is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or holder of a valid Singapore employment pass, age between 16 and 65 with renewability up to age 70.

Optional additional cover for family:

c) Legal spouse who is not divorced or not legally separated from the employee is eligible to be on the same benefits as the employee up to age 65.

d) Unmarried or unemployed dependent child(ren), age between 15 days and 18 years who is/are eligible to be on the same benefits as the employee up to age 25 if enrolled in an accredited full-time educational institution and not serving full-time national service.
a) Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS) and Group Major Medical (GMM): Pre-existing; Hereditary conditions; Congenital illness or abnormalities; Attempted suicide or self-inflicted injuries; War (declared or undeclared); Pregnancy or childbirth.

b) Group Term Life (GTL) / Group Personal Accident (GPA): Suicide, attempted suicide or self-inflicted injuries; War (declared or undeclared), invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power; Participation in motor competitions or any kind of racing other than on foot; Participation in a riot or civil commotion, violation or attempted violation of law, or resistance to lawful arrest or imprisonment; Air travel, other than as a fare paying passenger on a licensed commercial aircraft.

c) Group Critical Illness (GCI): Pre-existing medical conditions; attempted suicide or self-inflicted injuries under the influence of narcotics or drugs.

d) Group Outpatient (GP): Special nursing care, general physical or medical check –up or tests not incidental to the treatment or diagnosis of an actual sickness or injury or any treatment which is not medically necessary; Care and treatment performed by a specialist; Special Investigations (e.g. MRI, CT Scan, Barium Test, Contrast Studies)
