Raffles Cancer Support Programme

Raffles Cancer Support Programme

Cancer can pose numerous emotional, physical, financial and psychological challenges. The Raffles Cancer Support Programme was started in April 2013 to cater to patients in Raffles Hospital who have been diagnosed with cancer. In line with Raffles Cancer Centre’s philosophy of holistic care, patients and caregivers learn to improve their cancer experience by sharing information on cancer treatment, developing coping skills and obtaining support from other patients with similar concerns through the programme.

Since then, the Cancer Support Programme has grown by leaps and bounds, with more interactive sessions, hands-on workshops and a bi-monthly “Look Good…Feel Better” programme to cater to patients’ and caregivers’ needs.

In 2015, we are proud to launch a bi-monthly e-newsletter to keep patients updated on our programme, provide tips on healthy living and get up close and personal with members of our healthcare team.

We are thankful for patients’ support and hope that they will continue to benefit from our programme. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, so please join us to meet, connect, inspire and be inspired by others in the same situation as you.
