Job Responsibilities

You will assist in promoting and marketing of Raffles Medical Group’s services to new business clients. This includes:

  • Promoting and marketing RMG’s services to new business clients
  • Identifying business opportunities and prospects
  • Researching and analysing sales options
  • Providing service support for new clients (i.e. improve downtime and resolve clients’ queries and problems in the shortest possible time; identifying trends; determining regional sales; system improvements; implementing change to improve work flow and productivity)
  • Meeting stipulated targets set by departmental head and department’s objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining good long-term business relationships with decision makers in strategic accounts
  • Responsible for the performance of the respective accounts handling involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
  • At least 2 years’ working experience is highly preferred, in account management and/or sales in the service industry
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills (written and spoken)
  • Must be comfortable with sales
  • Customer-centric and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, goal-driven
  • A team player and able to function with minimal supervision
