Job Responsibilities

• Perform reception duties and attend to enquiries, handle patient registration, billings and reconciliation of daily collections
• Liaise with medical staff and patient in making appointments across different specialities within the group when necessary
• Assist Doctors and Nurses in basic non-clinical tasks to ensure high level of operational efficiency
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for Doctors’ review and follow-up where necessary
• Provide administrative support to the clinic

Job Requirements

• Min GCE ’O’ Level/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in a clinic setting or frontline reception areas is preferred
• Team player, ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Able to work shifts/ weekends/ Public Holidays and commit to staggered hours on rotational shift basis
