Before the First Tooth: Building Healthy Smiles from Pregnancy to Age 3
A child’s oral health journey begins much earlier than parents often realise. It starts before the first tooth appears. For expectant parents, pregnancy is an important time to establish healthy habits and understand how early feeding, oral care and family routine can influence a child’s oral health in the years ahead. The first few years of life are an important window for establishing healthy habits, identifying potential risks early, and supporting the normal development of the teeth and mouth.
Join us for an insightful lunchtime webinar where Dr Tong Huei Jinn, Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry at Raffles Dental, will take you through a journey of the early stages of the child’s oral health: from pregnancy and the newborn period, through the eruption of the first tooth and the toddler years up till age 3.
