As “your trusted partner for health”, it is RMG’s working ethos to ensure best outcomes, providing good value for patients, clients and the community. Our group practice model allows healthcare professionals to have seamless coordination across the continuum so as to deliver safe, effective and timely patient-centred care.
The multi-disciplinary set-up ensures our nurses are versatile and adaptive. Hence, training programmes are rigorous and must commensurate with the demands and needs of patients.
Caring as One
We aspire to be an employer of choice. The ability to continuously attract, retain and develop talent is paramount to our success. Our core values of Compassion, Commitment, Excellence, Team-Based Care and Value (CCETV) underpin the way we do business. Each member of our medical, clinical, administrative and support teams brings a level of experience, expertise and commitment to patient care that is unmatched in our industry.
Reducing Our Environmental Footprint and Energy Cost
Singapore is a small nation with limited water resources and currently relies on purchasing water from a neighbouring country while working towards the goal of water self-sufficiency. RMG is cognisant of the pressing need for water conservation. In a bid to do our part in reducing our environmental footprint and lessening energy cost, RMG endeavours to:
• Conduct audits and taking corrective actions to reduce any adverse environmental impact.
• Promote the efficient use of resources and energy.
• Continually improve the management of our surrounding environment.
Being Socially Responsible
RMG strives to do well by doing good and has developed various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives over the years. We have also provided a wide range of scholarships and sponsorships for both our pre-service and in-service staff.
As a responsible and leading provider of integrated healthcare services, the Group is committed to working closely with government agencies and regulators to comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements in the regions that the Group operates in.
