Donations to Asian Medical Foundation can be made by Cheque.
Please issue a crossed cheque to “Asian Medical Foundation Ltd”. You may send the cheque to us either by post or by hand at the following address.
Donors who wish to obtain tax benefits are required to provide their tax reference number (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN), name and contact no to enable our foundation to provide Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) the details of their donations so that the tax benefit can be automatically reflected in their tax bill.
