Esplanade Mother’s Day Concert
As part of the Silver Care Fund project 'Engaging seniors through the Arts', AMF sponsored a Mother’s Day concert organised by The Esplanade on Sunday, 27 April 2025, at the Esplanade Concert Hall. More than 1,500 beneficiaries from 42 community groups. In collaboration with Raffles Medical Group, 70 volunteers were present to assist the beneficiaries at this special Mother's Day event.
Angklung Workshops
Between 2025 and 2026, AMF is supporting 10 additional Esplanade Angklung Workshops, to be conducted across 10 senior beneficiary homes and activity centres. Through playing the traditional bamboo instruments, seniors enjoy the joy of making music together while improving motor skills and fostering a sense of community through teamwork. To encourage the continuation of this meaningful activity, AMF gifts each centre will two sets of Angklung instruments at the end of each workshop.
By the end of March 2026, AMF will have sponsored a total of 30 workshops across 30 different senior beneficiary homes and activity centres.
