- In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) procedure charges including oocyte retrieval procedure and laboratory techniques (Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and blastocyst culture)
- Operating theatre charges
- Recovery room charges
- Embryo freezing (vitrification) for day 5 blastocysts
- Standard medical consumables
- Frozen embryo storage for 1 year
