Online Medication ​Delivery Details

Agreement

A. This document  constitutes the entire agreement between you, the patient, and us, Raffles Hospital Pte Ltd ,with regard to the online delivery of medication (the “Agreement”) and supercedes any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties.

Registration

B. When you register for online medication delivery service, you represent to us that you are 18 years and above.  You agree to provide and be responsible for all accurate and relevant information required, including medical information and other personal data needed for the delivery services (“Information Required”). You also consent to disclose all Information Required to Raffles Hospital Pte. Ltd, its employees and third-party service providers. C. You further undertake to inform us as soon as there are any changes s in the  Information Required.

D. We will not share Information Required with any other third parties unless we have your permission, or when required by law or by relevant regulatory authorities.

Acceptance

E. We reserve the right to reject an order for online delivery of medication if you do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You should satisfy ALL the following criteria:

• You will provide a valid local delivery address within Singapore only, excluding offshore islands;
• You are a registered patient of Raffles Hospital Pte Ltd; and
• You will order medication prescribed by us (excluding immediate consumption of medication, controlled drugs, chemotherapy, cold-chain medication such as insulin) within twelve (12) months from the date hereof unless otherwise stated in writing by our attending doctor. Any order based on a prescription older than a year will have to be on a new prescription by our registered doctor.

Payment and Delivery

F. If the medication is for whatever reason not delivered, charge for subsequent delivery will apply. Once the delivery date and order are confirmed, delivery fee will be payable by you even if you subsequently cancel the order.

G. Our delivery services will be from Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 9.00pm. Expected delays may occasionally occur such as in bad weather, during public holidays or during rush hours.

H. This online medication delivery service will only be available to persons 18 years of age and above who can take full delivery of, and sign over for, medication delivered at the address provided to us.[Our delivery person will not be responsible to verify the age of the recipient accepting delivery and acknowledging receipt.

I. All payments for prescription orders inclusive of medication delivery fees (if applicable) will be made by ePayment via Nets or debit through a link and/or QR code provided as soon as the amount and invoice number are made known to the patient through SMS and/or Email. All payments shall be in Singapore dollars, and shall be inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

J. Total cost of medication shall not exceed $2,000 per delivery. If the amount is exceeded, we will get in touch with you.

Limitation of Liability

K. We shall have no liability if the delay or failure in delivery of the medication is due to or caused by your act or omission or any accident or transportation of the medication.

Force Majeure

L. We will not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances  or to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials.

Exchange policy

M. You can exchange any medication within 24 hours of delivery if there are any defects or errors therein. Any medication you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. No refund will be given.

N. Cancellation and termination
We have a right to terminate the Agreement if you are negligent or are in breach of the terms of this Agreement.

O. Suspension of order
We have a right to suspend the order if payment is not forthcoming or if you are not creditworthy.

P. Governing law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore.
