The Frontline Service Experience Programme is an industrial attachment programme for students aspiring to pursue a career in healthcare. Students will gain work experience in frontline service in a clinical setting at Raffles Medical Clinics or Raffles Specialist Clinics.  Through this programme, students will be able to learn alongside our operations team and understand the job scope of various roles in a private healthcare setting.

Scope of work

Patient registration and scheduling of appointments

Handling payment, medical reports and other related duties as assigned
