Student Programme
The Frontline Service Experience Programme is a 6 months attachment programme for A-level school levers. Participants will gain work experience in frontline service in a clinical setting at Raffles Medical Clinics or Raffles Specialist Clinics. They will be supervised and lean how to handle patient queries at the reception, answer phone enquiries, assist doctors and nurses and handle administrative clinic duties. The programme aims to encourage the young to pursue a career in healthcare.

Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, preparing medical reports and archiving clinic documents.
Answer calls from patients and colleagues from other clinics
Allowance and Perks
- Monthly allowance of $1,000
- $1,800 gratuity upon completion of the 6 months attachment (9 Jan 2023 to 30 Jun 2023)
