Profile:
Dr Whitney Chua obtained her Bachelor of Medical Science (B.MedSci) and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Melbourne. She also holds a postgraduate qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd).
In 2019, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) at the National University of Singapore and is an accredited family physician and now volunteers as a tutor to Family Medicine trainees. She has also obtained her Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (GDGRM) from NUS.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Dr Chua has been invited by various organisations and radio programmes to deliver health-related talks. She also speaks conversational Hokkien.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr Chua volunteers at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, where she currently serves as Chief Track Officer (Medical).
