Profile:

Dr Goh Mui Heng is a Specialist in General Surgery with a special interest in Breast Surgery. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. She was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009, and subsequently obtained her Master of Medicine in Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2012. Dr Goh was conferred a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014, and completed her fellowship in Breast Surgery at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Australia in 2016.

Prior to joining Raffles Hospital, Dr Goh was a Senior Consultant in the Department of General Surgery and Director of the Surgical High Dependency Unit from 2019 to 2025 at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Dr Goh co-led the set-up of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery programme for breast reconstruction at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

In addition to her clinical roles, Dr Goh was involved in undergraduate medical education, serving as the Surgery Lead for the Year 3 Single Best Answer examination at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine from 2019 to 2025.
