Dr Norkhalim Dalil

Dr Norkhalim Dalil is a family physician and associate consultant with over 25 years of experience. He provides statutory examination as a designated workplace doctor for all hazards, and any medical emergency both on land and onboard the aircraft at the Singapore Changi Airport.

Additionally, Dr Dalil is authorised to issue LPA certificates accredited by the Public Guardian and perform severe disability assessments.
