Dr Samuel Ravi Choudhury

Dr Choudhury is a Family Physician at Raffles HealthyLongevity and has over 12 years of clinical experience with a strong foundation in preventive and evidence-based medicine.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine on the Dean’s List and earned a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He holds an International Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, Graduate Diplomas in Family Medicine and Family Practice Dermatology, and has completed several courses from The Institute for Functional Medicine.

His clinical career spans emergency medicine, ophthalmology, paediatrics, internal medicine, and surgery across Singapore General Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the Singapore National Eye Centre. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led operations at the vaccination centre in Sengkang, which was managed by Raffles Medical, and served on the frontlines at foreign worker dormitories. For his service and contributions, he was awarded the Raffles’ Chairman Service Excellence Award and multiple Service Star Awards.

At Raffles HealthyLongevity, Dr Choudhury draws on his training in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, epidemiology, biostatistics, and clinical trials methodology to approach longevity with scientific rigour and personalised care. He believes longevity isn’t about chasing a number. It is about building a life you actually want to live longer for. He has a special interest in dermatology, men’s health, and ophthalmology.

Beyond the clinic, Dr Choudhury is one of Asia’s most followed medical educators, with over 1.4 million followers across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. He uses social media to educate and bring accessible medical knowledge to the public, extending his impact well beyond the consultation room. His work has led to collaborations with the Ministry of Health, Health Promotion Board, MediaCorp, TikTok, and Meta, and he has served as a keynote speaker at TikTok’s “For You Summit 2023” and panellist at the 25^th World Congress of Dermatology.
