Dr Choudhury is a Family Physician at Raffles HealthyLongevity and has over 12 years of clinical experience with a foundation in preventive and evidence-based medicine.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and earned a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He holds an International Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, Graduate Diplomas in Family Medicine and Family Practice Dermatology, and has completed several courses from The Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr Choudhury’s clinical career spans emergency medicine, ophthalmology, paediatrics, internal medicine, and general surgery across Singapore General Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the Singapore National Eye Centre. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led operations at the vaccination centre in Sengkang, which was managed by Raffles Medical, and served on the frontlines at foreign worker dormitories. For his service and contributions, he was awarded the Raffles’ Chairman Service Excellence Award and multiple Service Star Awards.

Beyond the clinic, Dr Choudhury shares medical knowledge on social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, for public education purposes. He has collaborated with the Ministry of Health, Health Promotion Board, MediaCorp, TikTok, and Meta, and has served as a keynote speaker at TikTok’s “For You Summit 2023” and as a panelist at the 25th World Congress of Dermatology.

At Raffles HealthyLongevity, Dr Choudhury draws on his training in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, epidemiology, biostatistics, and clinical trials methodology to approach longevity with scientific rigour, and personalised care. His clinical interests include dermatology, men’s health, and ophthalmology.
