Acute / Chronic medication delivery
The online medicine delivery service is applicable for patients who have consulted a Raffles Medical doctor in the last twelve months, and requesting for over-the-counter (for acute conditions) and / or chronic medicine.
You may perform the medication request only for yourself and the request will be subjected to approval by the reviewing doctor.
Once the request is approved, we will send you an email to arrange for payment. Upon confirmation of payment, your medicine will be sent out.

Terms and conditions
- Prices are inclusive of GST.
- The online medicine ordering and delivery service is applicable for acute (over-the-counter medicine) and / or chronic medicine.
- For self-paying patients, online medicine request is not applicable for CHAS subsidies and / or government healthcare schemes.
- For corporate patients, your company’s medical coverage applies.
However, this service is not applicable for corporate patients using both staff pass verification and credit facilities. - You can only request for medicine for yourself.
- All requests will be reviewed by the attending doctor, and are subject to approval.
- Administrative fee and delivery fee excludes medicine charges and doctor’s consultation.
- Listed prices and terms are subject to changes without prior notice.
