Recommended Vaccinations under National Adult Immunisation Schedule

From 1 November 2020, Singaporean adults will benefit from subsidies1 for recommended vaccinations under the National Adult Immunisation Programme (NAIS), and can use their MediSave for co-payment of these vaccinations.

Prior to taking the vaccination, please consult with our doctor to find out which vaccinations are recommended, and if you are suitable for the vaccination(s).

Eligibility criteria for subsidies apply. MediSave eligibility criteria and limits apply. Recommended vaccinations differ for different target population groups. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Persons aged 18 years and older with chronic illnesses such as chronic lung, heart, kidney or liver diseases and diabetes mellitus

  • Persons who are immunocompromised or with other medical conditions

20-Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV20)

  • All persons aged 65 years or older

  • Persons aged 18-64 years with any of the following conditions:


    • Chronic medical conditions, comprising:


      • Chronic pulmonary disease

      • All persons aged 65 years or older

      • Chronic liver Disease

      • Diabetes Mellitus


    • Cochlear implants or cerebrospinal fluid leaks

    • Anatomic or functional asplenia 

    • Immunocompromising conditions 

    • Chronic kidney disease

Effective from 1 September 2025
Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
Included under NAIS: Bivalent HPV vaccine (HPV2)

  • Females aged 9 to 26 years old

3 doses
(0, 1 – 2, 6 months)
Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap)

  • Pregnant women

1 dose per pregnancy
(16 – 32 weeks)
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)

  • Adults without evidence of immunity and/or prior disease

Hepatitis B

  • Adults without evidence of immunity and/or prior disease

Recombinant Herpes Zoster Vaccine (RHZV)

  • All persons aged 60 years or older

  • Person aged 18 years or older with immunocompromising conditions
