Step 2: The USB is ready to use

This application is compatible only with PCs running on Windows 10 or later and Apple computers running on macOS 10.x.x or later. It is not compatible with tablets or mobile devices.

Step 3: Launch the DICOM application viewer

For Windows users, please double-click on the decrypt_win.exe file. For Mac users, please double-click on the decrypt_mac.app file.

Steps to Access the Folder on Your USB Drive

Step 1: Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).

  • Windows: Click on the folder icon on your taskbar, or press the Windows key + E.
  • Mac: Click on the Finder icon in the Dock.

Step 2: Locate Your USB Drive.

  • Windows: On the left panel of File Explorer, look for “This PC” or “Computer.” You should see your USB drive listed under "Devices and drives."
  • Mac: In Finder, check the left sidebar under "Locations" for your USB drive’s name.

Step 3: Open the USB Drive.

  • Windows and Mac: Double-click on your USB drive’s name or icon. This will open the folder, allowing you to access your files.

Step 4: Login screen and your login password

Enter your login password by entering your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY, followed by the last four digits of your NRIC.

For example, if your date of birth is 1 January 1970 and your NRIC is S7012345Z, your password will be: 01011970345Z.

Step 4 - Login screen and your personal login password

Step 5: View scan images on the DICOM viewer

Upon successful login, the DICOM viewer will be accessible. Its default view will load all the images.

Step 5 - After successful login, the DICOM view will appear and preload all the images.

In the viewer, you can filter the images based on the date of record.

Simply close the DICOM viewer when done.
