Dr Edgar Kieu Li Chong

Dr Edgar Kieu is the Associate General Manager of Raffles Dental and PeopleSolve. At Raffles Dental, he oversees business operations across 11 clinics, including clinical workflows, service delivery, and operational efficiency. At PeopleSolve, he leads recruitment and talent development strategies for healthcare staffing.

He also serves as Director of Commercial at Raffles Medical Group (Singapore Healthcare), overseeing B2C and government schemes marketing, digital marketing, integrated communications, and Call Centre’s operations.

Dr Kieu holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore, where he received the Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School, and a certification in Healthcare Leadership Management from Singapore Management University.

He currently chairs the Singapore Dental Association’s Regulatory Affairs Committee and East Spring Primary School’s School Advisory Committee. He previously served as a Town Councillor for Tampines Town Council and Assistant Secretary of Tampines Changkat Community Club.

For his contributions, Dr Kieu has been awarded Raffles Medical Group’s Chairman’s Service Excellence Award, Ministry of Education’s Service to Education Award, COVID-19 Resilience Medal, and People’s Association Long Service Medal. He has been featured by Channel News Asia and The Straits Times for his work in oral health.
