Profile:
Dr Zhang Meifen is a Specialist in Endocrinology. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008 and attained membership of the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom, in 2012. Dr Zhang completed her postgraduate specialist training in Endocrinology in 2017, followed by a fellowship at Barts Health NHS Trust, United Kingdom, in 2019.
Prior to joining Raffles Hospital, Dr Zhang was a Consultant in the Department of Endocrinology at Changi General Hospital. She also served as a content expert and clinical educator for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and Duke-NUS Medical School.
Between 2018 and 2025, Dr Zhang held key faculty roles within SingHealth, serving as a physician faculty member for the Endocrinology Residency Programme and a clinical core faculty member for the Internal Medicine Residency.
Dr Zhang’s clinical expertise encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of various endocrinological conditions such as adrenal and pituitary disease, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and thyroid disorders. She has a clinical interest in secondary and endocrine hypertension.
