We accept the Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from companies with direct billing arrangements with us, including major international insurance and assistance companies.
If your insurer or employer is footing the bill on your behalf, please produce the LOG prior to admission and we will assist you to facilitate the claims. The LOG should state clearly your coverage and entitlements. If you have an insurance policy card, please present it on admission.
For admission under LOG, you will be required to provide a form of payment authorisation for charges not covered by your insurance after the claim is assessed.
