Dr Lee Jong Jian is an Ophthalmologist. His area of professional expertise includes retinal and macular eye conditions, cataract, myopia control and related problems, refractive eye conditions, glaucoma, eye trauma, complex eye diseases and general ophthalmology. Dr Lee is the first retinal eye surgeon who pioneered the 23 Gauge minimally invasive retinal eye surgery in Asia. He was honoured by the renowned Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center for successfully completing the first 100 cases of retinal eye surgeries in Asia using this technique in 2006.

Dr Lee underwent his retinal fellowship in world-renowned eye centres in United States and United Kingdom. He is a member of the prestigious American Society of Retinal Specialists and a member of the regional Vitreo-retinal Advisory Committee.
