Yes, direct billing arrangement is available for members of insurance and assistance companies with whom we have contracts.  Please click here for more information. 

If you are making claims from your insurance company and/or require a medical report, please inform your specialist or give the insurance claim form to the clinic nurse prior to your admission. If you are admitted, please inform your specialist or the ward nurse. Charges will be applicable for the issuance of medical reports. Please click here for more information.

We have a range of packages to cater to different needs: Raffles Essential and Enhanced Health Screening packages are available at our network clinics located island-wide and Raffles Health Screeners.

Statutory Health Check-up

Our network of clinics provides health check-ups for pre-employment, insurance, applications for tertiary education, immigration, certification of fitness for sports activities or to meet statutory requirements.No appointment is required except for insurance check-ups.

Your health check report could be delayed due to a number of reasons. We would recommend you to call up the clinic which you visited to check on the status.

Vaccinations/Ad-hoc screenings

All our Raffles Medical Clinics provide immunisation programmes to protect you and your loved ones. For the types of immunisation programmes available, please visit our website.

Our medical centres at Raffles Holland V, Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) and Shaw Centre will be able conduct the screening. Consultation with a doctor is required before the test can be ordered
